位于深圳灣超級總部基地，總建築面積約60萬平方米，地處深圳填海區域，毗鄰深圳3條地鐵主幹線，建成後将成爲以居住、商(shāng)業、辦公爲主要導向的大(dà)型城市綜合體(tǐ)。

The center is located in the super headquarters base of Shenzhen bay with a total floor area of about 600,000 square meters. It stands in Shenzhen reclamation area, adjacent to the three main metro lines of Shenzhen. When completed, it will become a large-scale urban complex oriented mainly to residential, commercial and office work.

深灣彙雲中(zhōng)心J座超高層由地下(xià)室、裙房及塔樓組成，主體(tǐ)結構采用“鋼筋混凝土核心筒+鋼結構輻射梁+勁性柱”體(tǐ)系。

The ultra high-rise of Block J of Shenwan Huiyun Center consists of a basement, a podium and a tower. The main structure adopts the system of “reinforced concrete core tube + steel structure radiant beam + stiff column”.
